Original, practical resources
Our guides are created specifically for community administrators. They focus on decisions a team can apply: permission boundaries, escalation paths, onboarding checks, incident records and measurable review routines.
About Sunatia
Sunatia is an independent service for moderating, automating and understanding Discord communities. The product brings operational controls into one dashboard, while our public guides explain the reasoning and safeguards behind effective community management.
Running a Discord community involves more than deleting harmful messages. Teams need understandable rules, limited permissions, reliable records, consistent onboarding and automation that can be inspected instead of silently taking control. Sunatia is designed around those operational needs.
The dashboard helps authorized server teams configure moderation, member workflows, roles, logs, community tools and security settings. Public resources complement the product with reusable methods that remain useful even when a community chooses a different tool.
Sunatia is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Discord Inc. Server owners remain responsible for their rules, permissions, moderation decisions and compliance obligations.
Public content should answer a real question, provide enough context to act safely and make its origin clear. We do not publish pages merely to target search phrases or create space for ads.
Our guides are created specifically for community administrators. They focus on decisions a team can apply: permission boundaries, escalation paths, onboarding checks, incident records and measurable review routines.
We separate product capabilities from general recommendations. A guide can help a team structure its work, but it does not replace judgment, Discord's own rules or professional legal and safety advice.
Each guide displays an update date. We revise content when Sunatia changes, when Discord workflows evolve or when a reader reports an instruction that is unclear, incomplete or no longer accurate.
Our editorial workflow is intentionally simple and auditable. The goal is useful guidance, not volume.
Select a recurring moderation, safety, onboarding or automation problem that community teams genuinely face.
Describe the expected outcome before recommending tools, permissions or automated actions.
Turn the recommendation into concrete steps, examples and a checklist that can be reviewed by another moderator.
Check that product-specific statements match the current Sunatia experience and clearly identify advice that remains the server owner's decision.
Publish an update date and keep a correction channel open for readers and customers.
If you find an inaccurate product statement, an unclear safety recommendation or an outdated workflow, email the exact page URL, the passage concerned and the correction you recommend. Concrete reports can be investigated and incorporated into a dated update.
