Terms of service

These terms govern use of the Sunatia service: the sunatia.com web dashboard, the Sunatia Discord bot and associated features — moderation, automation, XP, tickets, statistics, RPG and the AI assistant. By creating an account or installing the bot, you agree to these terms.

• Access to the dashboard requires a valid Discord account and OAuth2 sign-in. You must meet Discord’s minimum age requirement in your country, which is 13 or older.
• The servers and pages visible in the dashboard depend on your actual Discord permissions for each server.
• You are responsible for the security of your Discord account and for actions performed from your session.

Sunatia offers a free plan and paid Premium subscriptions: monthly plans at €7.99 or €14.99 depending on the tier, annual plans at €79 or €149, and a Network plan starting at €29.99 per month or €299 per year. Current prices are displayed on the dashboard’s Premium page before payment.

• Stripe processes payments. Your subscription renews automatically at each billing date until cancelled.
• People who have never subscribed to a Premium plan may receive a 7-day Premium Plus trial with a payment card required. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the monthly Premium Plus subscription starts automatically at €14.99 per month. The trial can be cancelled at any time through the billing portal.
• You can cancel at any time through the billing portal on the dashboard’s Premium page. Premium access remains active until the end of the period already paid for.
• The applicable conditions are detailed in the refund policy.

In particular, you must not use Sunatia to:

• violate Discord’s terms of service or community guidelines;
• harass, send spam or infringe the rights of others;
• attempt to bypass the service’s security, access or billing mechanisms;
• deliberately overload the infrastructure, including through API abuse, command flooding or misuse of the AI assistant.

If these rules are violated, the Publisher may suspend or ban the relevant account and remove the bot from the servers involved, without prejudice to any other action.

Sunatia is provided “as is”. The Publisher strives to maximize availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, updates or incidents, including those affecting Discord, OVH, MongoDB Atlas, Stripe or Google, may temporarily affect the service. Features may be changed, added or removed.

Responses from the AI assistant — SunatIA and /rpg ia — are generated automatically and may contain errors. They are provided for informational purposes only.

To the extent permitted by law, the Publisher cannot be held liable for indirect damage, loss of configuration data caused by force majeure or content published by users on their Discord servers. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be limited.

These terms are governed by French law. If a dispute arises, an amicable solution will first be sought through support. Failing that, the French courts will have jurisdiction, subject to the protective rules applicable to consumers.
