Refund policy

Cancellation, withdrawal and refund rules for Premium subscriptions.

Last updated: July 16, 2026

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time through the Stripe billing portal on the dashboard’s Premium page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period: you retain Premium access until that date and no further payment is charged.

Cancelling during a billing period does not entitle you to a prorated refund, except in the cases described below or where required by law.

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

Under the French Consumer Code, you generally have 14 days from the date of subscription to exercise your right of withdrawal for a distance purchase.

Premium access is a digital service supplied immediately after payment. By subscribing, you ask for performance to begin without delay. Any withdrawal request received within 14 days is assessed in light of your use of the service, your consent and the applicable legal rules. If the request is admissible, the relevant payment is refunded.

Cases eligible for a refund

  • Duplicate billing or an obvious charging error: a full refund of the amount charged in error.
  • Prolonged service unavailability attributable to Sunatia, excluding announced maintenance and outages affecting a third-party provider: a refund or extension calculated in proportion to the affected period.
  • An admissible withdrawal request submitted within the 14-day period.

How to submit a request

  • Open a request through the support module, available from the headset-shaped bubble in the dashboard. Include the payment date and the reason for your request.
  • The team replies directly in your ticket thread. Each request is reviewed individually and in good faith.
  • When a refund is approved, Stripe issues it to the original payment method. The time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank and is usually 5 to 10 business days.

Additional details

Consumable benefits already used, where applicable, may be deducted from the refunded amount. No refund is due when an account is suspended or banned for violating the terms of service, unless otherwise required by law. This policy applies without prejudice to your mandatory legal rights.
